My own journey through chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection led me to discover that true healing happens when we care for the whole person body, emotions, and spirit.

Today, I help women move from overwhelm to greater peace, clarity, and connection through a trauma-informed, faith-centered approach. Together, we explore practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and sustainable growth that support lasting transformation without pressure, shame, or striving.

My heart is to create a safe space where you feel seen and supported.

What Makes My Approach Unique

 I help individuals who are walking through trauma, grief, abuse, discouragement, or life-altering experiences find healing, hope, and renewed purpose through faith-centered support, advocacy, and encouragement.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that lasting change begins with creating safety within the body and nervous system.

I integrate trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, applied neurology, somatic healing, and faith in a way that is gentle, practical, and respectful of each person's unique journey and pace.

Rather than focusing solely on behavior change, I help people understand the underlying patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that influence how they think, feel, and interact with the world. When we understand the "why" behind our experiences, we can begin working with our bodies instead of against them.

A key part of my work involves helping individuals build internal resources and increase their capacity to navigate stress, emotions, and life's challenges. This creates the foundation needed for deeper healing and sustainable transformation.

I also create space for people to explore their relationship with God in a way that feels safe, authentic, and free from pressure, especially for those who may have experienced hurt, confusion, or disconnection in their faith journey.

My goal is to help people experience meaningful transformation that impacts every area of life emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually.
